Alison was the second realtor that I had with my house (should have gone with her in the first place). She was very knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain things to me in a very meaningful way. I had already moved so she was willing to meet with service people that had to do various things on the house for me. I never needed to go back to the house. She even checked my mail!! Alison was very good keeping in contact with us and always immediately available by phone or E-Mail. Since we had already moved this was very important. Because we were not in the area, she handled many problems for us that were above and beyond normal agent duties. I have a hearing problem which made our conversations difficult for her but she worked with us to compensate for my hearing problem.

Alison is a terrific agent. She demonstrated professionalism in every aspect of the buying experience. She is upbeat and high-energy. Superb communicator, responding quickly via text, email and by phone. She was highly responsive not only with me but in communicating with the various selling agents (viewed quite a few homes) and other third parties. Her local knowledge was evident throughout the process as she guided me through different neighborhoods. Her expertise was invaluable as she pointed out foundational or structural items that I might have missed. Never pushy, always encouraging. She's a skilled and strategic negotiator and helped me put together a competitive bid when I found the right home for me. Heartily recommend her to anyone looking for an ethical, communicative, organized and knowledgeable real estate professional. On a personal level, she's kind, generous with her time, funny, very creative, and an all around wonderful gal.
